Sanitary pump type are for food industry and other similar applications. The pump can be quickly and easily disassembled and washed. All the components, which come into contact with the material being pumped , are made of Cr-Ni-Mo steel and are finely processed (polished). There are no unreachable parts where the pumping media cannot be washed .These pumps can be supplied up to a pressure of 12 bar for various pumping capacities.
Progressive Cavity Pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps. The pumps has two major parts .A Rotor which is the rotating eccentric screw and the fixed stator. The pumping medium is conveyed with low pulsation and turbulence.
The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed of rotation. Increase in pressure can be achieved by increasing the number of pumping stages. Our pumps are reversible which allows pumping in both directions, a high suction lift and gentle conveying.
