The GVP Pump module forms the robust basis for all Gume-Sureflow progressive cavity pumps. It can pump low-viscosity to viscous media, with and without solids, and can be used in virtually all industries . from the environmental industry to the chemical industry and food production. The pumps are fitted with round flanged suction and pressure connections, as well as large spherical inlet openings for the simple intake of media that contain solids.
Standard pump type can be used for all industrial applications, with a capacity up to 240 m3/h and pressure up to 70 bar.
Progressive Cavity Pumps are self-priming positive displacement pumps. The pumps has two major parts .A Rotor which is the rotating eccentric screw and the fixed stator. The pumping medium is conveyed with low pulsation and turbulence.
The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed of rotation. Increase in pressure can be achieved by increasing the number of pumping stages. Our pumps are reversible which allows pumping in both directions, a high suction lift and gentle conveying.
